Other & Beginner Uses of Reiki

Even if you have not been attuned to Reiki at Level one you can still generate and use Reiki in your life.

If you are not familiar with or attuned to Reiki, you can start anytime: to generate Reiki, sit quietly with your hands in prayer position with a small gap separating the middle part of each of your palms.

Concentrate on that small gap until you feel warmth, or a slight tingling sensation, or both. You are generating Reiki energy.

When not attuned to Reiki you can still use Reiki on items around your home.

Simply choose the item that you want to send Reiki too and either place your hands directly onto the item or hover them close to the item.

For each item you must set the intentions for sending Reiki into it.

For example you may choose your plate of food. So you might say "I intend to send Reiki energy into this item to improve its taste, or maybe to maximise the nutrition it gives you; or both.

When you start to look at the items around your home you realise that you can send Reiki into just about anything, but here are some ideas.

You can send Reiki into your water, for better taste or hydration. You can do the same for the water for your house plants, or just to the plants themselves for growth and health.

You can send Reiki to your pillow and mattress for a great nights sleep.

You can send Reiki into your make-up to look your best theoughout the day.

You can send Reiki to your purse, or wallet, to manifest abundance.

You can send Reiki into your shower head or bath to maximise the cleansing of the water.

You can send Reiki into your perfume or aftershave so that you have a long lasting scent when you wear it.

Also any home fitness equipment such gym equipment, yoga mats, balance balls, resistance bands or weights.

Perhaps your mobile phone if, for example, you are really waiting to hear from someone.

Then there are painkillers and medecines to help rectify or restore fitness or health lost.

How many more items can you think of? There really is no limit.

A true story:

My young adult son was doing an important course on his laptop for a new job. The laptop had been playing up for a while, the battery had completely packed up, would only run on mains lead and even then, that could be tricky.

I had told him several times that he needed to be investigating buying a new laptop.

He had just about finished the course, having put in considerable work by the time he ordered a new one. It finally arrived and all he needed to do was get the work he had done transferred from his old laptop to his new laptop.

But would the old laptop turn on?

Oh no! Many failed attempts followed.

Well, oh no that is, until I tried sending Reiki into it, and low and behold, it turned on, and stayed on while he transferred the work, much to his very great relief!

That is a genuinely true story.

There is no limit to the benefits of Reiki. Why not give it a try.
